WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1- The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the product and is 2 years.

2- The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by our company's warranty.

3- If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the product cannot exceed 20 business days. This period is the period when the malfunction of the product is reported to the service station; in case there is no service station; It starts from the date of notification to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer-producer of the goods. Consumer's fault notification; It is possible to do so by telephone, fax, e-mail, registered letter or similar means. However, in case of dispute, the burden of proof belongs to the consumer. If the malfunction of the product is not resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer-producer or importer; Until the repair of the product is completed, another product with similar features must be allocated for the use of the consumer.

4- If it is understood that the product is defective, the consumer shall be entitled to:

• Withdrawing from the contract,

• Requesting a discount from the sales price,

• Requesting free repair,

• He/she may exercise one of his/her rights to request that the sold item be replaced with a non-defective one.

5- If the product malfunctions during the warranty period due to material, workmanship or assembly errors, it will be repaired without any charge for labor costs, replacement parts or any other charge. The consumer can also exercise his right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer and importer are fully responsible for the consumer's exercise of this right.

6- Even though the consumer exercises his right to repair, the goods;

• Within 1 year from the date of delivery to the consumer, provided that it remains within the specified warranty period; In addition to malfunctioning at least 4 times or 6 times within the warranty period determined by the manufacturer-producer and/or importer, these malfunctions continue to prevent the use of the product,

• Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,

• In cases where it is determined that the fault is not repairable through a report prepared by the company's service station or, if the service station is not available, one of its sellers, dealers, agents, representatives, importers or manufacturer-producers, respectively, the consumer may request a free replacement of the product, a refund or a price discount at the defective rate. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. If this request is not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer and importer are fully responsible.

7- Malfunctions caused by using the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

8- In case of disputes that may arise regarding the exercise of rights arising from the warranty, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place of residence or where the consumer transaction is made.

9- If the Warranty Certificate is not issued by the seller, the consumer can apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

1- This warranty does not cover batteries, all kinds of Bands, cords, glass and accessories.

2- This warranty does not cover water damage unless it is clearly written as water resistant on the back cover of the watch. Malfunctions caused by exposure to sea, water or hot water are not covered by the warranty.

3- Scratched, damaged, broken or broken due to use; Parts such as case, band, glass, top etc. are not covered by the warranty.

4- This warranty certificate does not cover scratches and color losses that may occur on the outer surface of the watch due to use. Paints used on the outer surface of the watch for accessory purposes are not covered by the warranty.

5- All malfunctions arising from the use of the product contrary to the issues specified in the Turkish User Manual are outside the scope of warranty.

6- Color changes on white leather and silicone Bands due to contamination are not covered by the warranty.

7- This warranty certificate is only valid if there is an invoice or cash receipt filled out by the authorized dealers of the brand and the date of sale recorded.

8- If your watch is damaged or tampered with by anyone other than Authorized Service Stations, the importer company reserves the right to terminate the repair warranty.

9- Damages and deteriorations that may occur due to natural disasters such as fire, flood or earthquake are not covered by the warranty.
