This “Information Text” has been prepared for our customers, customer employees/officials and potential customers whose personal data we process.
As Serhat Saat AŞ (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your related rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").
I- Data Controller

Your personal data; It will be processed for the purposes of carrying out financial and accounting affairs, ensuring physical space security, carrying out communication activities, carrying out logistics activities, carrying out goods/service sales processes and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations.
III- To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Your personal data is shared with authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations; With our supplier, which consists of an accounting office, for the purpose of carrying out the goods and services purchasing/sales process, communication, finance and accounting works; It can be shared with the supplier company from which service is received for our website in order to carry out goods and service sales processes, and with the contracted cargo supplier company in order to deliver products in online sales .
IV-Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; Fulfillment of legal obligations, stipulated in the law and signing of contracts are obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on legal reasons. In this context, by non-automatic methods such as phone calls, face-to-face communication, signing contracts, issuing invoices, etc.; It is processed automatically through the camera recording system in common areas and work areas, email transmission and our website.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of V-KVKK
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you can submit your requests regarding your rights under the heading "Rights of the person concerned" by filling in all the information specified in the Application Form and the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller. In accordance with the notification;

Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
